Olympic Snow Bowling Competition

The time has come to reveal some hidden talents of the sisters here at Little Rock Carmel. Now that the 2018 Winter Olympics have begun, we thought we’d pull out an old home video from the “big snow” we got back in March of 2015 here in Arkansas. The frozen ponds in the back of our monastery were used for the sports arena.
So, if you have four minutes and twenty-three seconds, and need a good laugh, look no further!
Today is a day of fasting for many of us Christians–the first day of Lent, Ash Wednesday. But remember what Jesus said in the gospel, “When you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites.” So, this might help you in case you look gloomy!
