Lenten Online Retreat
Lent 2026 is upon us, and what better way to dive in than to join countless others in a Carmelite Online Lenten Retreat? We have shared many times in the past the online retreats given by our Discalced Carmelite Friars and they have continued to provide us with rich content combining Carmelite spirituality and the liturgical season at hand.

Each Friday, an email will be sent to you, where you can download the text (in three formats: PDF, Word, and PDF for mobile) or watch a companion video from the Carmelite friars. The meditation will be drawn from the Sunday Gospel, guiding us in the teaching of Saint John of the Cross. A Lenten calendar (with quotations and images) will also help nourish each day from Monday to Saturday.
